I am doing an ab program on here and I love it, but now I'm under the weather and I'm torn between bed rest and working out. What do you guys think? Do you still workout when sick, change the workout, or sleep off your colds?
Im a medical doctor and ur just dumb if u work out while ur sick. If u have a common cold virus there is a risk for u to develop viral myocarditis of the heart when u do excercise(esp during the acute phase of the illness) this can be complicated by dilated cardiomyopathy and eventually will result in death.
