Prom Workout/Diet?

Proms about a month away and I'm trying to shed a few pounds and inches off the waist and arms. Any advice? Tips? Suggestions? Words of encouragement?

Well running and lots of water should do the trick lots and lots of water. Challenge yourself to drink 5/6 bottles of water a day. Sweet potato is also a good belly fat blaster. Body builders used to eat them to slim down before competitions. Maybe eat one a few times a week. Also try to cut out sodas until prom. Pushups pushups pushups. Try the pushup challenge a d plank challenge. Hmmm what else. You could go to Marshall's and get a set of 3.5 weights for 5 bucks, bicep curls, tricep extensions, goodmornings, heavy on the reps!
