Workout for teenagers

I stared to workout not long time ago, and i was just wondering how hard and how long can I workout...I am a teenager, so the training schedule could be a little bit different...what do you think?

Depending on how old you are and if you've stopped growing, I'm 16, stopped growing a few years ago and I do everything the "grown ups" do too so I guess there shouldn't be any problem

Im 13 you shouldnt lift heavy weights thats it anything elsen you can do

I agree with the person who said you shouldn't lift heavy, you can use handle bars, free weights and your own body weight instead
