Help need to slim waistline and plump up the booty.
Hi folks. After having 2kids I've noticed that gravity has taken over. Everything i eat goes straight to my muffin top and would love to get rid of it. Now before children my booty was sitting up now it has turned to an old slump . I tried to do some reserach on ways to get rid of this yet everything talks about weight loss. To be honest my weight is the least of my concern, honestly i am more focused on measurements. So ladies is there anyone out there that can help me. Any and all advice is extremley appreciated
I'm a mother of two myself and I definitely feel your pain. I'm the type of woman where it's easy for me to gain and lose weight. There are tons of booty exercises out there. There is one on here that's specificly works on abs and one on booty called Absolutely Amazing Abs & Natural Booty Pops. Also for the muffin top walking, running, and elliptical has worked for me in the past. I just started yesterday and my plan is to alternate days and cardio. Hope this helps
