What workouts do you do??
I'm a dancer and I'm newish to here so just wondering what workouts you do here?
Also if you want to follow me and your a dancer ill follow back :) (or your near he same age!)

I do general strength, core strength, endurance/cardio and flexibilty :) like.. All of them :L x

I do ballet tap jazz, all kinds of dancing. I do lots of core workouts.

I do street, jazz and temporary :)

I do jazz and hip hop! 
I mainly do core workouts and then a little bit of yoga to stretch and improve my flexibility! 
Glad to see there are dancers too! :D

Im only thirteen but ive been doing ballet jazz national and disco since about 4 :) ive also started Pointework which is amazing for your calf muscles x

I love pointe. I've been doing ballet since I was 2 but I've only taken point for two years. It's painful but so worth it.

I do ballroom and gymnastics gymnastics really help me with tricks and I like to do abb and leg workouts

I do bellydancing and zumba its a brilliant way to workout and have fun! Love it!

I used to dance and cheer growing up and I was even dance team captain my senior year! but then I got old haha jk I'm only 23 but I do miss it alot

I was doin Gymnastics for 8 years so. You should do moderate cardio workouts, yoga and just try to improve your flexibility

Lol dance at parties thats really all or when excited!!!(not actual lessons though i like cheerleading)
