Hello I am curious as to what some of you do to work out your abs, or if there are any good work outs that have been effective for you
Hey Ericka...definitely cardio like Craig said! It's the best at shedding fat...also planks! They reallllly tone ur entire body, you'll feel it in all ur muscles. There's a 30 day challenge goin on right now that you can join in. It's 10 mins/ day of planks for 30 days! It doesn't matter how u do the planks as long as ur planking. Lol..does that make sense?
