Hmmmm it sounds like you are on the right track. A lot of people are always wanting quick way to loose fat and result to unhealthy ways of doing so. Denying the body essential daily nutrients is not the way to do it. Your body is designed to adjust to survive and people who go without eating all day and gorging on one meal are working backwards. The body will adjust and store every piece of fat it can because its learning that you are not giving it what it needs. Eating 4 or 5 small, healthy meals a day...

Hmmm . . . Don't humans already have hipbones? Kidding! Jogging is really good. It also takes care of the love handles if you have 'em. It sounds awful, I know but it really does help because your moving that part of your body. I had to do a lot of land training this spring for crew and I lost a ton of fat there
