How fast will I get results?

I'm looking for results in my strength mostly but seeing my abs would be nice I workout for 3hrs a day (intense) along with doing 3-5 workouts from here 2 abs 1 legs and whatever else I want all my workouts are in the intense catagory and about 15 minutes long so I'm a girl 14 and competitive athlete

3 hours is way to long, best results come at intense pace working out for 45 minutes the most, are you using a gym to workout in or just bodyweight exercises?

Hit the cardio button . Strength building exercise are good but if you really want you're abs to pop you may need to shed some excess fat with some good cardio (trust me Runner's look chiseld from head to toe for a reason). And eat healthy (good carbs, good fats, veggies, proteins). Cut back on sugary drinks (sodas, sweet drinks, etc.) , candy, and then some. Pretty soon you'll have that sexy toned look that'll have the boys drooling...lol. Need anything just PM me. Good luck and God Bless!
