Hey ladies ! Ive found many great work outs for most areas EXCEPT my back ! Anyone know any good ones ??

Planks target your abs and back as well as flutter kicks/leg lifts etc. If you're looking to strengthen your upper back/shoulders, try pull-ups. If pull-ups are too hard, try reverse pull-ups. And I just noticed that you were asking the ladies... Oh well, let's post it anyway #YOLO

Hey, lay pull downs, seated rows, bent over rows, back extensions and deadlifts for lower back and pull ups..be careful with form
