Should I workout before or after breakfast?

Whatever works fore you. I like to workout after having 1 or 2 full meals and a lot of fluid (water) but anytime that works fore you is great. A good thing about morning workouts is that you get over with it and you dont have all Day to go around and make excuses ;)

I do it after because food gives me energy but it really just depends on what works for you. I also wait 30 minutes after eating.

The best thing is to work first thing in the morning to kick start your metablism sort of say then eat only healthy food afterwards.but i tend to have à préférence to work out after i eat because when im hungry im only thinking about grabing à bite lol
