Hey i was wondering if anyone knows any exercises to tone and stregthen my body and loose weight after having a baby (he's 6 weeks old) thank-you in advance

Yes, I just had a baby myself and a good exercise is planks!! Seriously thats all you really need and maybe some squats! :)

A plank is basically static push-up position of your body, so basically it's a push-up, without the push-up, hahaha. There are many types of planks though: elbow plank, planks with leg lifts, planks with hop outs, ... You should browse the exercises or just click on my profile and scroll through my 'liked exercises' section. Hope this helps!

Yes, plank as in elbow plank. That will get you sweatin'!!  Its great for your core and burning fat, especially if you dont have lots of time.

If you are trying to lose weight all over you need to incorporate workouts that work the whole body. Hiit/tabata bodyweight circuits, cardio circuits and pair that with clean eating and lots of water.

Im 7 wks pp. Gained 67 lbs in the pregnancy, Im down 35 of those pounds and Im working to lose 35 more to hit my goal weight of 150.
