My week is going well, so far so good

My goals this week? Stay in calorie range, keep up with my burpee and jumping jack challenges

Fav cheat food,, anything sweet... Candy bars, cookies, cake, ice cream..being insulin resistant doesn't help,either :(

My profession, I work at the YMCA, I've been here 10.5 yrs. I have many areas I work in, service desk, admin assistant, I also lifeguard, show ppl how to use equip and train on circuit machines, also have done child care, housekeeper and facility attendant ;) I love my job. I love the ppl, I love seeing ppl get healthy and making changes.

Favorite naughty food? Anything with melted cheese. Goals this week are to stay on track of my calories and to drink enough water. I always thought I drank enough water until I downloaded an app that keeps track.

I use water your body. It sends me notifications to remind me. It sounds like water being poured.

I just got done with my w/o. I like this app for the exercises it shows me.

I like having the app also. Like being able to choose a workout type and then also be shown how to do it properly. It's great for mixing it up

I just finished Billy Blank's ultimate w/o which was so much easier to do now that I've done my warm-up today....great app... really works for me!

I'm 52 and believe that exercise will help me when I age further, plus keeping fit helps in keeping the energy levels high.

Hi, I'm from Australia, turning 39 in December with 4 children. Gave up smoking 1 week ago, just want to be fit and healthy

Congrats Raechel, great news that you have decided to better your health and stop smoking too. Brilliant decision eh. Your kids will so thank you for that. Brilliant to see another Aussie on here too. Where abouts in our fair country do you live?. I am in Perth.

Any suggestions for low impact exercise.......pls pls pls.....can't do too much jumping because of knee ......still want to get that heart rate up and burn some calories
