Hi! I'm 38 and have been using this app for about a year. I'm looking to tone up my body.... Lose the extra fat and build muscle in my arms and mid section. I've been working out with a friend for 4 years now and my legs got huge due to a lot of harder leg training lol... So want to slim the a little bit I love this app and all the different options available!

Hey . Tom here /53 old . Using app for 2 years now . Got rid of 90lbs without spending single hr in gym . Just doing body weight based workouts .

Hi Lisa. Hope you're still reading these posts. I'm 72, going on 45, years old! Have one long standing lung condition that is deteriorating and recently diagnosed prediabetes. Why am I telling you this, because I wouldn't be without Skimble as part of my therapy. I have been a PT for many years with specialities but Skimble is my trainer. I still train clients three mornings a week so it can act as a reference if I want to shoosh things up a little but most importantly it is there, sitting on my shoulder saying, come on get your training in!!

I am 47 and started out about 2 weeks ago and have some of the same issues...trying to fight the middle age spread.  Would like to exchange ideas with like minded individuals.

I'm 40, just started this program about a week ago but I've been working out strength training since I was about 26 and I did a mixture of P90x and hula hooping and strength training at home. Then I got into yoga and aerial silks. But I own my own business and work from home and thought I would try something that would kind of keep me on a better schedule.

I wil be 60 next month, still weigh the same as 3o. Takes some work but the thing that help the most was i stop drinking beer and hard liquor when i was 37. I was 155 at the time everytime i wanted a drink i took a bicycle ride, in 6 weeks i was down to 125. As you get older one of the things that can help keep your weight in control is swap out some carbs for protien your body uses more energy to break down protien and it can keep you full longer as long you don't give up carbs that are giving you fiber.

I'll be 35 in a couple months!  Losing weight is a lot harder these days!  My problem is food. I workout 5 days a week and definitely have muscle, it's just hidden by all my protective cushion!

I'm 44 and trying to lose some weight, back to where I feel good about wearing shorts/bathing suit.  Us more mature ladies need to support each other!

I suggest cardio workouts like step aerobics and dancing to get you fired up for fitness.  You can also do weightlifting and pilates to take off the pounds.  This is something to get you motivated.

Hi I'm 38 and and a mother of three. my goals are the same. I need to loose weight and have a risk of diabetes too...my goal is to loose at least 40lbs.

Hi I'm 44yrs. old. i find that if I keep my training under an hour it keeps me coming back. Also the truth of the matter is that I simply cant do what I could do in my 20s and 30s. Stay encouraged
