I've had some great results from doing a ballet bum work out, I should add it to skimble. Basically vertical Pilates, it's a sort of barre work out from women's health. While I was only doing it for strength, the results were so fab because it helped me improve my leg and hip posture. I was standing in a way that basically stretched out my bum, making it seem flatter than it really is. Combining larger glutes with a better posture = perky more present bum. And no more saddle bags! The result? Attracting a bum-man! And I even dare wear small bikini bottoms and tight skirts on occasion.
