I'm doing 5ks but any tips on building up to marathon ?

I have trained up to a marathon before, you start by walking a bit and then run 2 miles or so, then walk again and run some miles again, after the first week increase the distance :)

Get the runners world complete guide to running. It's chock full tips!! And only costs about 10 euros.

Thanks I'm planing to do the women's half in September an if I can do that ill do training for full marathon .
