Lol xD Hmm...well...it's just your arms that hurt correct?...well if it's that...then...I suggest you try find a workout that doesn't use your arms that much and focus on ur thighs for now :) But...do casual or moderate exercises just for now :P I did exactly what you did when I first started lol xD Got a bit carried away and the next 3 days I was in a lot of pain /: but it goes away after a while :) Just take it easy...go with simple, easy workouts until you start to feel a little better :)
