I woke up this morning feel really sore.

Since I just started, any tips of gradually increasing the workout?

I think I may have gone overboard lol I'm used the treadmill so I haven't really worked my upper body in a while.

Hay mine too! Lol xD Hmm...well...it's just your arms that hurt correct?...well if it's that...then...I suggest you try find a workout that doesn't use your arms that much and focus on ur thighs for now :) But...do casual or moderate exercises just for now :P I did exactly what you did when I first started lol xD Got a bit carried away and the next 3 days I was in a lot of pain /: but it goes away after a while :) Just take it easy...go with simple, easy workouts until you start to feel a little better :)

My thighs are more sore than my arms...I haven't done squats since high school xD 
I think I will stick to focusing on my arms till my thighs feels better.
