Who on here rides horses as a work out? Rode for 10miles yesterday and work horses in the round pen daily.

I am with you Melanie. I find horseback riding to be excellent inner thigh work, particularly without a saddle.

I ride barrel racing horses and train horses from unbroke to finished barrel horses or show jumpers or just trail horses that's where I get my work out most the time.

I dont do it for a workout I do it for fun lol we have a paint named spook she's a great horse
