Is it normal for you to have pain in the heel of your feet. My left foot to be specific. I started working out using one of those 30 challenge apps. And 5 days in. My foot and ankle gave out during a squat. And it's been a couple weeks. And the oain hasn't left. I do alot of walking. So it's hard to stay off my feet. So my question is is it normal to have pain in the heels of your feet. And if not what do i do. Could it be the shoes I'm wearing or am i doing an exercise my body isn't ready for

Pain that lasts weeks is absolutely not normal. If R.I.C.E. is not solving the problem, you may want to consult a doctor. Could be a bone spur or a break. Better safe than sorry. Again, pain that lasts is not normal pain.
