Im a basketball player and I made an amazing workout for Basketball Training! If you or someone you know does B-Ball, tell them to check it out! Thanks 😉 P.s You will improve Core, Arms, Shoulders, Abs, Glutes, Thighs, Calves, Bi/tricepts, Hamstrings, And Flexibility! Also, you will get AMAZING at basketball!!

This is great but remember they have to actually get on the court and play against people to get "amazing"

What's the program called that u made? I'm a basketball coach only in my 2nd year and I think our team needs some good new workouts for the high schoolers to do that are gonna get them excited to work out and get better! And I would like to do them too cuz I still ball as much as I can!

Hey David, a good workout to get strong hands is to do push ups on ur fingertips! I had a friend in high school who couldn't catch the ball everytime I would give him a sick no look pass he would drop it and it killed me haha so we leaned at this CSU camp that doin those fingertip push-ups every night would increase catching and hand strength

You want to work out your calf muscles so u can get more lift off the ground

I have a tendency to not catch the ball on a pass. What can I do?
And I need a little help on quickness to stop drives

One thing I did wit some of my friends in HS that couldn't catch the ball was stand about 10-15 feet away from each other and make hard passes to each other and focus on catchin the pass. If u drop a pass then u owe 10 push ups every time. When u get more comfortable u start throwin the ball like a baseball at each other. Remember in every drill u do that when u start to feel like it's gettin easy or u get comfortable u need to push it a step harder, that's how u continue to improve instead of stayin at one level!

Do lots of cardio and run a lot for endurance. Also do squats to increase jump ability
