Is it good to workout 1h EVERY DAY

I've just started a 1h workout every day ( BOOTCAMP 1)Bootcamp I which is pretty hard. I wonder if that's healthy?

Anybody near London?

No, it is not. Rest is needed for muscle growth. Do on alternate days or one every three days instead.

I'm a bodybuilder and I work out anywhere from 1-2 and a half hours a day 6 days a week. I've been doing this for a couple years. You shouldn't have to worry about overworking unless your doing the same muscle group more then one day in a row. You need atleast 2 days of rest minimum. Aside from your lower back that takes around 100 hours to fully heal.

it all depends on how long you've been working out if you recently started (under any conditions) then it is bad for you. it could cause muscle damage and if you're not finished growing; stunt your growth

I train 3-4 hours a day 6 days a week !! 
Only reason I'm not Gyno massive is cause I do it the hard way n don't take steroids

Don't believe all the rubbish you read it's actually quite difficult to over train as long as you are getting enough food and rest.
Eat sleep train repeat! Simple as that.

It all depends on how intense the workout is. If after the workout you are about to die maybe a rest is need.

Its healthy, its good to be doing that much exercise each day, but is it helping you achieve your goals
