What stack or supplement has worked for you, that you would recommend?
Creatine seems like it gives u a additional rep or two I used to do off road motorcycles races and it help me with clamps and arm pump. Need to take each day takes 2 to 3 weeks to kick in u can load up 1 st week but can cause discomfort bloating gas take it with small of juice but can be about 400 calories
I like creatine for my weight gains and strength. Then I use animal cuts to shred and dry out my muscles for the hard body look.
