Ok so whenever I touch my stomach at first it's soft but a little deeper in it gets hard (think it might be abs). When I take off my shirt it looks as if I'm almost getting abs but it still jiggles. I think it's the last bit of fat I need to get rid of. Anyone know how to get rid of it? I jog almost every morning and I'm looking around here for some help.
Also, my thighs and calves look fine when I stand up but when I sit down its like I deflated a beach ball. Any advice on toning them?
