There is much more to building muscle then drinking protein. Much more. You dont need a top notch gym to get bigger. Just the basics will help if you work hard. Pull up, chin ups, different types of push ups will work your arms, chest and back. Curl dumbells heavy weight smaller reps. Don't just worry about your biceps work your triceps hard as well. Dips are awesome! Yes eating good, protein shakes are great ways to add extra weight.. But doing that alone is not going to help. I wouldn't even suggest putting the money in on protein shakes until your fully commuted to exercising.
