Hi what do you think a girl should have toned abs four pack or six pack
And is it okay to have muscles???

You need muscle. It gives u that toned look and muscle burns fat among many other positive health benefits

Personally I think muscles are sexy on a girl...especially a 6 pack

It is very good for girls to have muscle. It will help you to burn more calories at rest. In regards to abdominal muscle, I think that a girl should have a strong, flat stomach and look healthy, not have a six-pack. It is my personal opinion that six-packs are very masculine, when girls should look feminine. A four-pack might look okay, but you should focus on being and looking healthy above all. Guys do not mind having a little bit of cushion on their girls.

You should make your goals based on what you want for yourself, not what anyone else thinks is "right". Personally I think girls look great with or without abs. Just so what makes you feel good

In my opinion, girls generally look sexy when they're LEAN and not MUSCULAR. Tbh it gives girls a queerish look.  But hey do what u wanna do, its your choice.

I think girls SHOULD have muscles, but not look too manly. I have asked a lot of my guy friends and they all say that a little muscle is sexy unless they start to look like a dude. 
Im personally trying to tone my body. But sometimes i loose motivation....

Muscle burns fat. Want to get toned? Stop aerobics and start weight training. Read "thinner,leaner, stronger" or something like it on your reader.  I'm 48, 140lbs and fit (Finally!), & I only do 10 minutes of stairs; walking up & running down 3x a week and the rest is weight training. I'm toned not pumped & you won't be either because your younger.

A four pack is just right but there is nothing wrong with just a flat tummy I like the look of a girl with some muscle but workout for the look u want and the type of workout u enjoy because u can please everyone u may as well please yourself

Muslce on a girl is ok if she an athlete but if u working out to lose weight or stay in shape a lean but tone belly and legs is good

Surely. However personally it should not be to extreme. Nicely toned it was i like. (sounds subjective hehe)
