Sounds to me like you need professional help and advice. Discuss the matter with your doctor who may well refer you to a specialist on treating eating disorders.

Seek professional help. I myself happen to be a psychologist-no joke. You need to seek counsel, and I do not mean that in a snide comment, rude-type of way. I had issues with moderate self-starvation in high school. I'll let you in on alittle secret, and I am being completely honest, I promise.my boyfriend spent three years in prison for a simple crime, and he gained a lot of weight, mostly muscle though, but with padding over it. he could not fit his clothes from prior to detainment after being released. He suffered through attempting to starve himself for the first month. I convinced him to exercise with me, and as one of my most cherished things about him has always been his incredible culinary skills, I made a competitive game with him, the one-up meal plan daily challenge, where we push ourselves to make flavorful healthy meals, which outdo each others, and it worked!  You CAN overcome what plagues you, but having support and assistance helps SO MUCH! Do not retreat within yourself! The first step of ANY sort of change is recognition, so you are already on track! While my initial starving was a by-product of lack of appetite due to the loss of a loved one, I found I could not stop. It spiraled out of y control by18, and I physically COULD NOT overcome it alone! Do not give up! You can overcome this!

You don't need to starve yourself! Trust me because I almost developed the same problem...I limited all I could eat to tiny portions of carbs and even small portions of meat and fruits and veggies. My mom got worried and brought me to the doctor and now I'm back on track:) All you have to do is watch what you eat. As long as you work out normally you can eat a lot as long as its the right kinds of food!

By starving your not going to lose your fat your going to lose your muscles and then your gonna lose the fat in your body...
Eat 5meals a day but small portions
Drink 8-10glass of water(water help u lose weight)
Drink green tea( also helps u lose weight)
Do cardio when u wake up and have nothing in your stomach
Don't stop eating because that way your gonna lose your body muscle not the fat ...
Don't limit urself because then your body's gonna crave for sugar and everything
And don't do something u don't like because then u ll give up really soon
Do what you like.. If u don't like running don't run there is other ways to lose weight..
And no one told me to be 160 lbs I did to my self and I'm the one who's gonna change... It's the same for u ..

Seek some professional help. You can't do this alone. What your dealing with is real and intense.

I've been there and back. Eating disorders are not worth the weight loss. You will also lose your ability to think straight, function on a daily basis, your self image will be completely distorted,, your friends and family who won't understand.

Not only that, but you will do permanent, possibly irreversible damage to your body. Your metabolism will slow down or become non existent, so when you do eat, you will gain weight. Some people aren't built to be "skinny".  The best thing you can do is eat healthy and work out, all in moderation.

In my experience, eating disorders aren't really about the weight at all, it's about a deeper underlying issue. As everyone else has mentioned,  please seek professional help!!

Best of luck. Stay healthy (at whatever weight that is)

If you starve yourself and then stop your body will do a rebound and you will gain all the weight you lost and add extra weight, so definitely do not starve yourself . Eat as much as you want but excercise properly and hard, you might be doing this because of depression  try to stay happy. Today I felt really sad so I kept on eating and now I feel guilty but tmrw ill start fresh new, you should do the same

I'm not expert. You can ask an expert over here or your doc cause its a major dietary change. All I do know is calcium is important for your bones. Lentils have a lot of protein.
