14 hours of exercise
Is it healthy to do healthy 14 hours of exercise?
go hard, its a mean way to spend your day if you can load 40kg cartons into containers all day whats to say you cant train all day, its extreme, its psychotic and its awesome, make sure you look after those joints plenty of omega 3 oils plenty of water and your carbs are high with your oil intake, you wont gain size rest is vital very very important.. if its everyday give your self one day off, you know the shoalin monks apparently still train up to 14 hours a day.. but awesome keep it extreme keep it psychotic....
