My hb told me that cardio can't burn fat on its own...that i will need supplements?yes?no?

Absolutely false lol if you want to burn serious calories do HIIT cardio 2 to 3 times a week

It's better to eat more small meals then little to none at all, if you fast your body hordes whatever it can get because it doesn't know when it's going to get something next.
