Is masterdating harm full for gaining muscle S???i am person who to gym regularly... waiting 4 your anwers!

Well, you might masterdate too hard, accidentally hitting your cat on your desk, who, in turn, scratches at your face causing you to fall out of your chair. When you fall back, you fall on a lit cigarette immediately setting your hair on fire. Trying frantically to put out the fire, you fall out of your 2 story window and land on an old lady walking her dog.

...so I guess, in a worst case scenario, it can be harmful to your muscles, cats, hair, and old ladies.

So just don't do it.

It's harmful because when u are done ur testosterone are used to produce more sperm insread of building muscle therefore ur hindering ur muscle growth and some times it injures ur hamstrings so...
