Hi Kency, welcome to Skumble land. This is a great app, wh a huge rang of exrvises and workouts available. There is also a  huge community of very helpful, knowledgeable peopleto helpyou as required. You only have to ask and help is there.ilk around the current forums too. Thrres tons of good gear info there about food, recipes , programs, etc. Enjoy it and all the best with flfilling your goals on here.
