About me: male 5ft8 and 23yrs old, weight is 50-56kg I do hang around this weight margin alot.
Would love to know any Workouts that work in gaining weight.
Am looking to be recruited to the police force and need any
Agility, muscle gaining and flexibility developing workouts I can follow!
I have most equipment at home available to use,
free weights and treadmill and outside areas
Just need a plan, a helping hand to find the right workouts
