I see guys who look like they fat cause it looks like a beer belly!
But they can lift a ton of weight. Can someone explain? Thx
Power lifters train with low reps lots of sets high weight their training isn't about burning fat but building strong muscle. Squats, dead lifts and bench presses r there main moves
Some train for aesthetics while others prefer functional training.
Being overweight does not mean you are weak. You can pack a lot of muscle below fat! Check out some of the pros during their off-season.
Usually that's the powerlifter look. Moving heavy loads using exercises that recruit more muscles for less repetitions as quick as possible.
