Morning if you had a good night sleep...
Noon if you didn't ate about an hour ago..
Evening if you feel stressed and bored
Night if you didn't had time the whole day...
Brother the point is - its your body and only you can understand what it needs and when..
Get up and do IT .. workout when you feel to... word hard.. and do your exercise when you feel to do them
I say morning and night!
I do mornings mon-fri, weekends pretty much any time/all the time. Weekends = free time!
When u have time to spare even if its for 2min.
