It depends on your fitness level

Most beginners 3-5 days a week is good ...45 mins a day is a lot better the more advanced may workout anywhere frm and hour to more a day esp. If its bodybuilding powerlifting or sports

Depends on your fitness level. If you're a beginner then 3 days a week is fine. Build up to 6 days a week every few weeks. Most importantly,  you MUST have a healthy diet! You can exercise all you want but you'll be stuck in a loop if you don't eat right :)

DOESNT matter if you're a beginner or not. You can work out every day of the week and I encourage it. A healthy person works out for at least an hour a day and that's including cardio with other training. If you are a beginner then start small on your workouts and don't try to push yourself. You're going to be sore everyday, but you can just work out a different muscle group. 3-5 days of training a week is good if you're a beginner, but you should do cardio every day if you want fast results.
