It depends on your schedule at work or with your family I worked out 3-4 times a week
Depends on your fitness level. If you're a beginner then 3 days a week is fine. Build up to 6 days a week every few weeks. Most importantly, you MUST have a healthy diet! You can exercise all you want but you'll be stuck in a loop if you don't eat right :)
Well if you were doing a workout program with a rec center it is hard 1hr each day 3 days a week but sports are 2 hrs 5 times a week continues for high school😉
