Okay so I've just got motivated to work out. I'm a skinny dude 90 pounds age 13 and I am super weak. Any good workouts to get that extra bulk. (Please don't say eat more food I've already calculated my calorie intake to gain a pound ever weak which I have gained 5 pounds, I just wanna get realy strong and lean) ps. I only have a bench and a bar and some dumbbells.
