I'm looking to add more muscle. I don't have access to weights. Can anyone suggest a workout that will add muscle to my upper body that doesn't involve weights?

I am in the same boat as you, man. And I'm in the beginning stages, so I don't have much information. Do you have a pull up bar? Some of the best bodyweight exercises are done with a bar.
