How much weight

I know everyone is different, but can anyone give me any ideas of some good starting weights to start adding muscle and size?

· At least (8-10) reps, (2-3) sets. · Light weight (10-20 lbs), max reps. · Max weight, (2-3) reps.

Preferably 3 reps for max weight.
