Try and mix some light cardio and keep good form when you do core exercises. Lots of reps too
low fat and low carb food +
3x cardio in a week + 3x strenght training + motivation + low stress level = low body fat percentage ➡ ABS
Never really never give up and don't touch the candy! (Except on cheat days)
