Try and mix some light cardio and keep good form when you do core exercises. Lots of reps too

Abs:
low fat and low carb food +
3x cardio in a week + 3x strenght training + motivation + low stress level = low body fat percentage ➡ ABS
Never really never give up and don't touch the candy! (Except on cheat days)

Low stress? :'( my work gives lot of stress...

I know that's also my biiig problem, but try to avoid stress as much as you can and try to do it relaxed, that's also better for your work results :/

Diet all the sit ups in the world won't carve out your six pack if your sitting on 20 percent body fat. If you were to do 2000 crunches a day consistently for a year you may burn off an extra few kilos of fat , but if your not adressing your diet you have no hope of achieving a chiseled six pack
