I have been lifting for a year now and I have seen some results, but not a whole lot, I went from being 95 pounds to 130. Is that good? I just need to know if I am on the right track.

Lets see from my knowledge, after you workout eat/ drink some sort of protein filled item within 15-20 minutes. Also eat some fast carbs, such as fruit or chocolate so that the protein is asorbed quicker into your body. Make sure you eat more calories than you burn and your making great progress. Good luck!
