I've been working out since I was about 17, but to get the real results. It's all about discipline. Going when you need to and when you're working out, push yourself to the limit and then go past it. Good luck.

I been working out since i was small played sports my im born in a family of athletes so keeping our name up is my motivation to be the best i train on spare time Or when coaches ask me too.i would start off with jogging cause its easy to do then move to more intense fullbody workout. i usualy workout till im fatigue to get best results .stay hydtatred eat healthy and stay motivated playing music while working out or find parthner to be competative with.that what help me.
