I wanted to know what is the best way to lose your belly fat and gain abs? I've been doing workouts on here but I see no results.
Cardio will help you burn fat. The key is food. No matter how hard you workout, the fat will come back if you do not mind what you eat.
Calories output should be equal or greater than calories intake. The worst is many foods provides less nutrients, but plenty calories.
