So i used to be quite active and found myself beginning to lack as i had little time for the gym! And anytime i did have i spent sleeping because i was just too knackered to do anything!
But the time has come for me to get my ass out of bed and back on the gym floor! only thing is i give up the following day,so would appreciate a gym buddy. i am back to besginners mode now so some advice would be great! cheers guys!
