Need to gain muscle

Hi. Im looking for the best workout routine to get me back into shape for summer. A full week workout routine that covers mainly core and arms. Im 15 years old 140 pounds. Any comments??

Well I whould suggest a full body workout 3 times a week and possibly some cardio in between.
When that is said, and I don't want to put you Down, but it's way to late to get in shape for summer now. Considering it's 14 days away.
Unless you are talking about next summer?
