Powercleans, row variations, pulls (deadlifts or half pulls), Pull ups.
For ur chest presses(in variations) and flyes.
Pick what you like to do hehe. There is a bunch more for you to put in a schedual.
Chest: bench, flyes, weighted dips, pull overs.
Back: bent over rows, weighted pullups, single arm rows, deadlifts.
Start with warm ups then high weight low reps, once pre exhausted do dropsets and do higher reps.
