OK so I have been on and off of working out for a while cause my job was as physically challenging then any work out. Butt being off for two months made me lazy. And when it came too getting back on the horse it felt like I crashed and my body hasn't recovered since it was the free bee art of exersice part 1 a and my question is what's the best way to get rid of the body aches
Soak in a hot bath..I know that helps.
Push through. Continue to work out and you will get used to the exercises
