How do i get rocking abs before november 20 i weight about 200 lbs but my body is made up of mostly muscle except for my lower belly and thigh area how to i get it to tone up within 5 months

Doing 100 situps a day wont help sadly. You have to lose fat all around your body to start showing your abs. A healthy deit is a must or theres no point. Do tap circuits; cardio, muscle, tone, and ABBA's. Good luck, and your goal is reachable if you stick with it!
