Hey everyone I'm a paraplegic so I just cant use legs anyone here have any workout suggestions or programs for someone in my position I've been in a wheel chair for a little over a yr and looking to get back into some shape everything is appreciated thank you!
You can try weightlifting with kettlebells and core workouts. Click on the excercises for all the muscles you want to train. Good luck :)
Try looking for a wheelchair fencing. Will.keep.your body and mind.occupied or.therapeutic horseback riding...a lot more workout than you may think. Also may want to look into hand bikes or swimming. Winter time sking is fun too. Other than organize para sports Not knowing your full condition would make it hard to sugest a specific workout. Generaly any of the upper body weighs and machines should be fine.
