focus primarily on calves, then quads, then glutes

Yea, in basketball i always had high vetical, i had huge calfs. Jump rope, wall jump, play basketball. The best way to improve your vert is just by jumping, over and over higher and higher. That's my experience.

Yes jump rope, about 25 minutes everyday.😰

Yes I play basketball almost every other day and I can grab the rim but when I take the ball up there the rim blocks me .. I'm 6'2 .  I just need a few more inches in my very and the ball would go in

If you want to increase your vertical I recommend trying the vertical training program from shot science at youtube. Chase explains everything. Try it!

Do lots of squats

Insanity work out system is full of it try the cardio plyo and resistance it all based around different jumps, core work and big leg workouts fantastic
