I want to get ripped faster.
What is the best workout for getting ripped fast. For a newbie like me.
Oh and a workout for tricep without equipment
For a workout for triceps without equipment - oh there are lots. Pushups, chairdips, tricep kicks...
And for a beginner's workout, I would personally recommend you to stick to cardio first (if u need a weight loss) or to stick to weight lifting or excersices like the ones I've just told u.
