I need some help I want a to be skinny as have abbs I need some help I want to get skinny and tight  my body what day should I do work out and what kind of work out  I need some in put thanks very much

I would workout 4 to 5 days a week , you look like you don't need cardio just weight training. Split your days into different body types like arms one day then chest then legs and then back. Train abs each day at the end of your workouts.
